I ordered one as a birthday gift for a friend of mine - the turnaround was very quick for a personalised item and I received it in the post within a few days! The recipient was very pleased and like my other Hord purchases the quality was second to none.

Even more lovely in real life

I ordered personalised bookmarks for Christmas gifts and they were ready for collection within 2 days, which I was surprised about at such a busy time of year! When I collected them, the bookmarks were even more beautiful than on the website, and also came in really lovely packaging. The photos really don't do them justice. I will be ordering more for myself after Christmas!
