This leather journal cover is perfect for your sketchbook, bullet journal and notebook. Made to fit an A5 leuchtturm1917 book, this journal is hand dyed and stitched in your choice of colours. With the addition of a secret message on the inside sleeve, or initials on the outside, this cover would make the perfect gift for the artist, writer or organiser in your life.

DIMENSIONS

When the cover is made, it is 32 cm wide across the whole cover and 21cm tall within the stitch lines, so it will fit books that carry similar measurements.

Beautiful product

I order the leather cover in green, personalised, plus notebook to go inside. Lovely leather and it made a very nice present. That said, the green was darker than it looked on the website and I would have preferred the personalisation in a colour other than black (something like gold would really have 'lifted' it, whereas black on dark green was all a bit dark). Very much appreciated the excellent customer service and the team expediting the order, so I received it in time (I'd left things a bit late!).

We spent ages looking at various companies offering leather journal personalisation but we kept coming back to Hord. We are so glad we did. Notebook cover with a difference!

We rang to enquire about the possibility of having a topographical map inscribed on the notebook cover and it was no problem. The finished product was ready in two to three days and looked beautiful. Bought as a Christmas present, it hasn't been'given' get, but I'm very happy with the way it looks, feels and smells and I feel sure that the recipient will love it just add much as I do
If it had a fastener or an elastic strap to keep it closed, I would have given 5 stars

Thank you so much for your lovely review! I just wanted to get in touch with a little bit more information about the journal cover you have purchased. This particular cover, whilst it doesn't come with a fastener like our other design, allows you to utilise the elastic fastener that comes with the leuchtturm journal. I've emailed a little video of how this works so that you can let the recipient know when Christmas comes around!

Once the elastic has been pulled into position, they can easily move it to the front or back of the journal to open or close it. I hope that helps.
