From initially contacting Gemma and Jason about creating a personalised Wallet to the Wallet arriving before Christmas I couldn't have asked for more from their quick email response to accomadting different design ideas I had to make the Wallet for my brother really special. The turn around time was just fantastic and when the Wallet arrived the packaging was beautiful alongside the item itself which was crafted wonderfully with a lot of care.
