Their service is amazing. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel the need to on their service. Everything was just great.
They:
1) provide great information on their website and even when I wasn’t quite sure on a personal engraving (whether it was too long for the specific design) so I popped them an email and within a day I had all my questions answered, reassuring me of my worries.
2) the shipping was fast and great even when it’s Christmas period right now so I was worried about engravings that it would take long but it didn’t
3) genuinely nice and lovely people, I got personal messages for exactly when my order was being made and when it was due to be sent out.
And lastly 4) the actual product that I ordered (tankard) came beautifully packaged and the leather itself was beautifully made.
Overall, I’d just recommend this brand for the quality of product you’ll receive, with the added bonus of customer service on top of the fact that their products are a great gift for someone/ anyone at a good price to quality ratio.
