Christmas Last Order Dates
We have now closed for the Christmas period - any orders placed between the 21st of December 2022 and the 10th of January 2023 will be shipped in the New Year in the week commencing the 9th.
If you have placed an order with us in the run up to Christmas, here are some answers to general enquiries whilst we are away from the studio
Has your order not arrived yet?
- Firstly, thank you so much for your patience during a very trying time with all delivery networks. We have done our utmost to make and ship our pieces as quickly as possible, working around the clock. Royal Mail strikes have caused severe delays across their own network as well as some other couriers. We have upgraded orders to a faster option at our own expense where possible, however the delays have been very hard to predict with services changing quickly. UK orders are officially classed as lost once 15 working days have passed since dispatch for first and second class shipping, and 5 working days for Special Delivery and Courier. If your order was being delivered outside of the UK, your parcel will be considered lost after 30 working days from shipping. If it still has not arrived with you after this time period, please do let us know and we can either work on a replacement or refund at your discretion. In the meantime, if you could check the delivery address is correct on your order that would be fantastic.
All orders where tracking has been purchased will have the tracking number attached to your order and dispatch notification. Please note that standard international shipping does not come with any tracking.
We really appreciate your patience and support, especially over the festive period.
Was there an error with your order?
- We’re so sorry to hear that a mistake has been made. It was not intentional. Please reply to this message including a photograph of the error and once we return we can assess the error and issue a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
Has your order been damaged in transit?
- If your item has been damaged during transit do let us know any details along with photographs of the item and packaging as it arrived. We can then issue a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
Are you looking for your tracking number?
All orders where tracking has been purchased will have the tracking number attached to your order and dispatch notification. Please note that standard shipping does not come with any tracking unless you purchased an upgrade.
