Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Our returns window is 30 days from delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
How to start a return: Email us at jason@hord.co with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

We'll replace any item that arrives defective or damaged, just get in touch and we'll sort it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm by email and process your refund within 10 working days to your original payment method.
If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 working days, it's worth checking with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If you're still stuck, drop us a line at jason@hord.co.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage — you're responsible for the item until it reaches us. For items valued over £50, a tracked service is worth the peace of mind. Return postage costs aren't refunded unless the item was sent in error or arrived faulty.
International returns
Please mark your customs label as Returned Goods with the correct declared value and your original order number. Parcels without this may be held or returned to you.
