UPDATE 09/02/2023 - International Shipping Delays
Our International services have now resumed, please note Royal Mail advise some potential delays within the system, however parcels are now being exported as normal.
UPDATE 12/01/2023 - International Shipping Delays
On the 10th of January, our postal service, Royal Mail were subject to a cyber incident that has forced them to immediately halt all international shipping - this means we are currently unable to ship internationally through our "standard and tracked" postal services which are serviced by Royal Mail. In some cases we are able to find an alternative courier, but for many of our parcel sizes the costs to ship are quite prohibitive. We are hopeful that this will be a short delay and they will open up international delivery soon, but we just wanted to make you aware of the potential delays. We do have courier shipping available, please get in touch with us if you would like to look into this for an order you wish to place.
As the majority of Hôrd Leather Goods are made to order and awaiting your personalisation, the time before shipping varies on each product. We have tried to simplify this as much as possible, using our standard and swift shipping guarantees outlined on each product.

FREE UK SHIPPING OVER £50
Our Free UK Shipping applies to orders over the value of £50 being shipped to a UK address. The service we use for this is Royal Mail 2nd class delivery which aims to take 2-4 working days. PLEASE NOTE - our printed apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters etc.) are all shipped via an external service, and unfortunately our Free Shipping does not cover this. Occasionally our printers offer Free Shipping weekends - get in touch if you would like to know when the next one might be!

1st Class - 1-2 working days
North America: 7-14 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 working days
Asia Pacific: 1-4 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-4 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 1-4 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 1-4 weeks
Please note - these times are just estimates! Delays can happen with international orders for a variety of reasons, International orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive because of customs and each country's postal system. We shall do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs, Duties and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hôrd is not responsible for delays due to customs. If you refuse delivery of your item due to import fees it will be returned to us - if your item is personalised we can not offer a refund, so please bear this in mind.
More expedited shipping options may be available to you - please get in touch for more information on what's available and for a quote for your postal / zip code.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We use Shopify Payments and Paypal to process your payments - this keeps your payment information secure. We never receive your credit card information.
Due to recent changes in our manufacturing and shipping process, orders will currently be made a day in advance for the foreseeable. This means we are having to reduce our cancellation period from 1 day to 4 hours. This is due to Royal Mail strikes and our local Post Offices opening hours.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellation. Your satisfaction and happiness with your purchase is most important to us, if you have any questions regarding the following policies or your item please don't hesitate to get in touch - email@example.com

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
