Great customer service

I’ve ordered from Hord a number of times previously and everything was perfect. This time the item arrived slightly less than perfect but Hord dealt with it wonderfully; a replacement was made and sent within a matter of days and it’s arrived looking absolutely spot on. This was for a birthday present so was time-sensitive and Hord went above any beyond ensuring such a quick turnaround.

Any company looks good when things go well but it’s only when problems arise that you can pick the great from just the ordinary. I’m sure the birthday girl (not sure that’s the right word as it’s for my Nans 80th!) will love it just as much as I do.
